Overview:
- Dan is based in Spain
- UX Designer at a start-up
- Hold some crypto but interest in it is more long term - store of value
- For context Dan played 2 games…one with 4 people and one with just 2
Did he understand overall concept when explained beforehand (via email) and how did it match up with expectancies?
- It made more sense when IN the game
- To me it was “make as much money as you can”..then it was more understandable
- PUs were all very understandable - although once I used them I was left with nothing to do, I felt helpless.
- It took me 1 game to get a feel for it. Once I landed in it and saw avatars and numbers etc. I get it.
- Many ppl v 2 of us… Lot going on in the trollbox - I couldn’t keep up with it in first game especially…hard to get my bearings. Was easier to see with 2 players..and I watched what you were doing…
How intuitive did you find the game's interface and mechanics?
- Everything on left seemed fine…my coins, where they’re at
- Didn’t really understood what reserves from reading instructions - thought it was maybe a financial term
- Found first game really overwhelming - leaderboard was a blur…is there 16 players? Quite Busy - I thought cells were individual items
- I didn’t look at the graph tbh - looking back at cool to keep an eye on
